Liposuction removes excess fat from targeted areas. Its main goal is to reshape the body by treating areas that can't be changed through diet or exercise.

Treatable areas include the abdomen, inner thighs, inner knees, hips, lower back, and sacral area.

It is normally performed under general anesthesia, on an outpatient basis. After the procedure, the patient must wear a compression garment for a few days and avoid strenuous exercise.

There are different techniques for extracting fat from various areas, such as the abdomen or flanks, which is then injected into the buttocks.

Skin on the arms can lose tone and appear loose and sagging. Weight loss and aging are among the factors that cause this.

The goal of this surgery is to remove that excess skin and fat. It's an outpatient procedure combining intravenous sedation with local anesthesia.

The procedure leaves a scar hidden in the armpit or, in cases of significant sagging, extending from the armpit to the elbow.

Skin lesions: It's important to know that a potentially malignant skin lesion must be completely removed, both in surface area and depth, covering all affected margins and layers.

Once removed, it is examined by a pathologist to establish a diagnosis.

Both functional and aesthetic aspects are considered when performing this removal.

Pseudogynecomastia can be corrected with simple liposuction to remove excess fat from the chest using cannulas. In cases of hormonal gynecomastia, mastectomy allows removal of the glandular tissue - a somewhat larger procedure but with equally excellent results, since our method leaves very small scars. It can be performed under local or general anesthesia.

Body Endolaser, performed with Endolift® technology, is a minimally invasive treatment that helps improve skin laxity, redefine body contour, and treat small pockets of localized fat without traditional surgery. It works by stimulating collagen production and improving skin firmness in areas such as the abdomen, arms, thighs, and flanks.
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, requires no large incisions, and allows for quick recovery. Mild swelling or temporary sensitivity for a few days is common, with an early return to your normal routine. Results become progressively visible between the first and third month, improving as new collagen forms.
